DESIGN: 3D CAD Modeling plus Electrical and Pneumatic Controls. My first job in engineering was designing Electro-Magnets and Controllers. From there I when on to designing automotive components and process equipment, including assembly, test, dies, and LASER welding equipment. The fact that I have physically built the thing that I and others have designed, gives me a unique prospective on how thing should be done. I start outside the box, I take crazy and off the wall and make it practical. While designing I like to simplify because I know I might have to make it.

BUILD: Offering a complete manufacturing and assembly solution for your prototypes and process equipment. Including; Machining, Fabricating, Welding, Electrical build and Pneumatics. I started in manufacturing 1971 as a machinist, a trade that I continue to use most every day. See the About Us, Equipment List to get an idea of what is in our tool room.

TECHNICAL CONSULTING: This is the White Board Work. I can work with your staff and vendor on new concepts and problem solving. As a trainer, engineering manager and consultant, I have spent a good part of career doing this and it works. Your team gets better and I get to do what I do best.
